Eight of these Sree Sai Balaji stores sell more than fifty varieties of fried Indian chatpatas that go exceedingly with tea, coffee or drinks. Or just like that. In a single day, a single shop of this chain sells more than 20kg of potato chips only! Add to that the Onion Rings, Banana Chips, Batter-fried Bittergourd, Mixtures, Coconut and Sesame Laddoos and nutty stick-jaws called Chikkis, Malpuas and more. Sounds good? They have spread to South Kolkata in the last year as well, so if you live in that part of the city, you too have reason to rejoice.
