Many Chinese families had no option but to shut down their running-at-a-loss tannery business and open restaurants instead - Big Boss is one such venture in Tangra. The result is ample space, spread over two storeys and huge car-parking facilities. The cuisine caters to the local demand of extra spicy Schezwan. While non-vegetarians mainly focus on fish and prawns (a new introduction is the Dragon Chicken), Big Boss also finds favour with vegetarians for its elaborate veg offerings. Singapore Paneer, Hakka Paneer and Kung Pao Paneer keep the vegetarian clientele happy.
