Kwality has been around for a very long time and was a part of the growing-up years of many Calcuttans. Entering this multi-cuisine restaurant is like going back to the yesteryears: old-world charm, authentic tastes and helpful stewards who go to great lengths to please guests. The cuisine has not seen any change at all, and their sizzlers and kebabs are still delicious. The outlet at Park Street can be still relied upon to serve superb Tandoori offerings like Naan and Pindi Chana, whereas the one in Gariahat is known for its Ham Sandwich Breakfast, a steak or a sizzler... and maybe a classic cocktail. Undoubtedly, a winner that reflects the Calcutta of the 70s.
