You have to doff your hat to them! Azad Hind Dhaba is a favourite haunt of the IT crowd and the late-night, after-party people this side of town. Their flagship restaurant is next to AAEI in town and often frequented by newsmakers (the late MF Hussain used to drop by here). Late-night fare here means biryani, Dal, Tandoori Roti and their signature dish, Hussain Special Chicken. Also popular are Chicken Seekh Kebab, Mutton Burrah Kebab, Paneer Do Pyaza, Fish Tikka Masala and Mutton Do Pyaza. Of course, there is Masala Chai to cut out the grease and the Kulfi Faluda to indulge in. They also do a high number of home-delivery orders all through the day and night. They are on an expansion mode and a few branches have spread out in the city this year.
