Plush, at the Astor hotel, is like a whiff of fresh air... bringing novelty and vitality to the city's nightlife. One of the true lounge bars in Kolkata, it has gone through several makeovers to give it different identities but thankfully the buzz still remains. Lounging with friends and family is encouraged here. The bar, the dance floor and the DJ mixing the latest beats of commercial hip hop, tech, house and fresh progressive - sans much Bollywood, the Almighty be praised - are great attractions for the hip and happening. Popular cocktails are Mojito, Caipiroska and Margarita. The gourmet menu is as important. Stylish and pre-plated, it features an Italian and Mediterranean spread... Bacon Wrapped Chicken, Chicken Involtini, Fritter's Platter and Charmoula Chicken are the dishes to order. The winter-special Sunday Brunch is a big hit (noon to 4pm). Must do it!

the ambiance is charming, service is polite ad efficient and the food is amazing...Bacon Wrapped Chicken, Chicken Involtini, Fritter’s Platter and Charmoula Chicken are few things that can't be avoided at all....these are delicious and delectable....presentation of the food is great too....loved the food and ambiance of the restaurant....

Come and enjoy a buzzing and ever lively ambience of Plush bar that has loud music playing and Mojitos and margaritas pouring in. After some crazy dance I hog on their Chicken Inyoltini or any other Italian cuisine dish that complete a night of fun and endless fun. Plush is one of the must visit party nightspot in the city located in a great hotel known for hospitality.

Not only is PLUSH the best lounge bar in Kolkata, it also boasts of some of the best Italian food in Kolkata. Go on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday to enjoy an undisturbed dining experience.
