Champange-and-vodka walls, mysterious lighting and sheers in the relaxed wooden interiors. Add to this a lit-up fountain, waterfall, palm trees and gazebo kitchen dazzling the outdoors. Champagne cocktails and Vodka Martinis are the stars at this glamorous venue. With a whopping 32 varieties, the Vodka Caipiroska with Raspberry thrills. Scotch, malt whiskies and wines by the glass too. The crowd favourite martinis include Tamarind, Apple and Watermelon. Try the Choco or Lemondrop for a difference. Black Russian, Kamakaze, Suzy Wong and Masquerade are popular too. Nibble on the complimentary salty or Masala Peanuts, or choose from popular Indian starters (Chicken Tikka, Murgh Seekh Kebab), Continental (live barbeque counter between Sept and May) or Chinese (Crab Meat Dim Sum, Crystal Veg Dumplings). DJ Vineet Dave rocks the house with lounge music on all days except Sundays and Mondays. The tempo of the night usually picks up after 10pm.rnP.S. The bar is named after the ideal temperature at which Champagne is served, 6 degrees.rn
