If you're looking to end the evening with a unique night cap, head to the glamorous Holiday Inn's cosy bar just off its gleaming lobby. Swivelling bar stools, generous and casual brown couches with velvet touches, and warm wooden tones. Espressotini or Paan Masala with Eristoff Vodka? They "mix and throw"their ingredients from one shaker to another with utmost precision. For those who like the mainstays, there is B52 and Irish Coffee too. Check out the new signature drink, Mojito Royale which has ginger topped off with sparkling wine. The new favourites here are Mai Tai and the Red Corvette (Red Wine Cosmopolitan). On game nights, tune in to the LCD and plonk yourself on a barstool or settle in to a comfortable king-sized sofa chair. Order anything from wine (a varied global collection), champagne, aperitifs, or single malts (Glemorangie and Oban, 14 years are popular). Even their signature special rum-based cocktail B72 is good. If you're in a snacky mood, choose from Saptami's street food menu which has everything from Dahi Batata Puri to Pao Bhaji (live counter on alternate days). More substantial options include Cajun-spiced Buffalo Fries, Chilli-blasted Baby Corn, Tawa-fried Fish, Crispy Lamb with Honey Chilli Sauce and Mandarin Hot Garlic Chicken. No DJ, but with retro, 90’s and house music playing in the background, you'll have a good time.
