This vibrant 24/7 restaurant of The Leela is all set to introduce Japanese specialities soon. Bathed by daylight let in by the floor-to-ceiling windows with their view of the lush green outdoor and cascading waterfalls is a show kitchen which sits at the heart of the restaurant. Make it a point to request for a table by the large French windows which lets in a view of the greenery and waterfalls. Along with the usual fare, Citrus serves dedicated and outstanding South Indian flavours delivered by specialized chefs. Ask for the Appam and Ishtew, Allepey Fish Curry, Taher Sadam. The old favourites remain the the unerringly Pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass, Garlic Potato Flan, Broccoli and Caper Olive Sauce and for the health conscious, the Wholewheat Spaghetti in Bolognaise Sauce. And they work magic with the buffets too (Breakfast Buffet for `1,150, Lunch Buffet for `1,750, Dinner Buffet for `1,850 and Soup ‘n’ Salad Buffet for `1,225 and the Dessert Buffet for `1,075) which invariably has interesting and unusual dishes. Pizzas (straight from the wood-fired oven) are hugely popular as are Paneer Makhni, Chicken Tikka Makhni and pastas. They have a separate Thai counter for Thai dishes. The Sunday Brunch with a live DJ (`2,750 plus taxes with alcohol) which is always sold out. Home-made sorbets... Raspberry, Lemon Mint and Mango are the other hot-sellers here.

They've just introduced a Japanese menu and an a la carte menu that is bringing in more and more people in. The luscious Mangalorean Fish Curry with Appams, Angus Beef Burger, Spaghetti Napolitana, and Pizza Primavera get our vote. n its a great and lovely place for ur family.

I went to Citrus for their brunch buffet a couple of days ago. They have a fantastic spread. The food was delicious and the ambiance is brilliant. Its tranquil and the service is as good as youd expect it to be. They had a wide array of seafood options, some tasty cold cuts and a lot of vegetarian options too. antipasto citrus is very cool. They have dosa, shawarma and pork roast counters where the chefs will whip you what you ask of them. They also have alcohol included in as part of the buffet - they have one brand for each spirit available. Champagne part of the buffet too, but this buffet is priced a little higher. All in all, definitely a great option for a lazy Sunday brunch.
