It is all set to attract the younger crowd and has pulled out all the stops to do so, from dressing the 4,500sq ft space in red and black and extending its bar, adding on a private party room to serving molecular cocktails. The consultant chef (ex the Fat Duck restaurant in London) concocts vodka jelly on a plate, candy floss melting in a drink, shots in a tray of smoke and so on. Bombay Elecktrik Project masterminds the music. Now the young lot has to roll in and start bouncing to the music.
