The consultant chef (ex the Fat Duck restaurant in London) concocts vodka jelly on a plate, candy floss melting in a drink, shots in a tray of smoke and so on. Bombay Elecktrik Project masterminds the music. Now the young lot has to roll in and start bouncing to the music.
