TGI Fridays has always had a great kick-back, casual "weekend's almost here" kind of relaxed and lively ambience with large portions and above-average fare at its Andheri and Lower Parel outposts. With its widescreen TV’s, bar and sports paraphernalia all over the walls it is also possibly the most testosterone-fueled eating place! Try the newly introduced Friday Chicken Sandwich or in desserts try the Chocolate molted Turtle, Mocha Mud Pie, Brownies and Friday Sundae’s. Begin with Happy Hours (5:00 PM-8:30 PM; 10:30 PM-11:30 PM added on) and munch on Friday’s Onion Rings, Nachos, Chilli Cheese Toast, Citrus Marinated Chicken, Chicken Bites with Blue Cheese or the Southwest Potato Twister while you kick back with "Fridays' Classics" (cocktails). Ready for dinner? Large portions and above-average fare at this family restaurant. Try the Shrimp Arrabiata. For the spicy simmer of Mexico, head here during lunch and order the 2- or 3-course Lunch Menu (Rs. 199 and Rs. 299). Enjoy special Tex-Mex selections like Chicken with Mushroom 'n' Peppers, Roasted Vegetable Goat Cheese Quesadilla or Fish Vera Cruz. Groups can check out their shareable platters: Veg, Jack Daniel's Sampler, Triple Chicken Sampler, Friday’s Three for all (Rs. 495; three can share) and the Mini Dessert Platter. Hard-core carnivores enjoy the fire-grilled Sirloin Steak (Rs. 550) and the Tenderloin Burger (Rs. 480) served with Colby Cheese. Sandwiches, pastas and pizzas too. From South-west and sizzling to seafood, they serve it all.
