Rajasthan at its best! This place is famous for two things - desi ghee mithais and authentic Rajasthani food! Order the tasty Chashni ke Chawal or Jalebis (Orange and Pineapple flavours), Malpuas (Orange and Rabadi flavours) and the Mini Ghewar with Rabadi. Salty stars are Dahi Vada, Jhodhpuri Mirchi Vada, and various types of Kanji Vada. Kulfis, laddoos, namkeen, Moti Pak, Gulab Jamun, Badam ki Burfi, Badam Kesar Pak, Dal ka Jeera, Badam Bake Bati, Rasmalai (including Garam Gur ki Rasmalai), and peda round out the delicious delicacies worth diving into here.

My roots are from Rajasthan and I love eating Rajasthani food. But honestly this city lacks restaurants that serve authentic home made like Rajasthani food; however Satyanarayan Maharanj is a pleasant exception. Their Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada is must try, rest rather than the mithais I am more fond of the namkeens.
