Big Boss, Italian Job, Aladdin Shawarma and Mumbai Masala are the brand new arrivals in these brightly lit, cheerful and pleasant eateries. Open-through-the-day, these multi-cuisine chain restaurants serve up Indianized picks from Italy, Mexico, Thailand and Lebanon in addition to popular pizzas and sizzlers and are always bustling with families, college students and large groups wolfing down the diverse fare. Delhi Papdi Chaat came with chopped onions and potatoes and the ”street food” flavour of Pao Bhaji and Keema Pao was more melded than memorable. Sweet Salsa arrived with confused Indian inspiration and unfortunately, that trend continued in the Penne Arrabiata Pasta. Business is booming; clearly, customers and management don't mind the mixed up flavours. The VFM prices on la carte items as well as buffets, special meals for children, shakes, smoothies and even cocktails ensure that there is something for everyone and most return for more. Especially the Sizzling Brownie and Malai Kulfi and Ice Cream Melody.

Went to Bombay Blue last Friday night around 10 pm. We were in the group of 4. The place was all occupied with the people around; but we waited for some time and got settled down. Pao Bhaji is something that I can have anytime, anywhere. So, without looking anything else, I simply ordered that which was accompanied with Keema Pao, Papdi Chaat, Penne Arrabiata Pasta and some shakes. The food was delicious and spicy. I loved the pao bhaji and shakes. Bombay Blue is such a nice place with awesome ambience and amazing menu.
