Brainchild of Farhan Azmi (of Basilico and Koyla fame), this Versova hangout for chai lovers, we are informed, offers a multi-cuisine menu with snacks, mains and more. Homestyle comfort food with the likes of Irani Brun-Maska, chaats, Naan Khatai, Wheat Khari, Ladi Pav and even Dal-Khichdi or Keema. Pizzas and pastas to tone down the effects of all of that caffeine. Cutting Chai, Masala Chai and Chai Latte in addition to infusions and, of course, Darjeeling and Nilgiri specials. From Americano to Columbian Supremo and even Jamaican Blue Mountain, the range of coffee here will make any caffeine craver smile. They have a separate "nashta" menu for those who like their hot cuppa in the morning, sandwiches and salads for those who want to pair it with a light lunch and snacks (bhajiyas, samosas and more) for those who may pop by in the evening. Basilico's famous gooey Chocolate Cake features on the menu here as do the Blueberry and Philadelphia Cheesecakes. Phirni, tarts and Nutella Crepes add diversity to the dessert menu. Indoor (35; colourful) and outside (30; with foliage) seating too.

If you looking for a cup of tea with yummy Naan Khatai, Wheat Khari or Ladi Pav, do visit Chai Coffi. This small place gives you all comfort of home. This is one of the favorite places for me. I love the Darjeeling and Nilgiri chai offered here. I have also tried Cheesecakes, Phirni and tarts at this place. Food is nice here and I found ambiance quite good. Chai Coffi is a good place to visit to have some gupchup with friends.
