Malad residents are now enjoying Tibetan with a Thai/ Chinese twist. For the last eight years, the flagship Oishiwara location (24-30 seats) has been serving moist momos, hearty noodle soup and Thukpa to their regulars in air-conditioned comfort. Avoid the Thai in favour of the plump Tibetan pancake. Instead of venturing over to the Chinese menu after having your fill of momos, try one of their specialties instead - Bamboo Rice, Claypot Rice, Chicken Barbeque, Tibetan Flan Noodles, Sernyaa Pan-fried Noodles or Lhasa Gaduk Noodles. Ye of sweet tooth, please note - no desserts here; just soft drinks and mineral water on the side.
