Pop into this small minimalistic all-day dining, multi-cuisine restaurant of the Swedish-style Svenska hotel in Andheri. Walk past the small lobby into the wooden floored, glassed-in restaurant with bare wooden tables. A well-stocked bar here. Ask the bar manager for the superbly made Mint Peach Ginger Mocktail, Asian Ginger Fizz with Peach Extract, Watermelon and Mint Frappe too. Vodka-based Sex on the Beach is worth trying too. Skip past those creatively named (but not-up-to-much) Hotwiches and Coldwiches.There is also a world-cuisine buffet spread, comprising of Indian, Oriental and European offerings. At Rs. 399 (excluding taxes), the buffet is great value for money. The lazy weekend brunch (Rs. 499+taxes) is especially popular, with an option to add unlimited IMFL, beer, bubbly and cocktails at Rs. 499. Mesa Bistro's executive Chef Rolin, having worked in London's well-known restaurants, fuses European food with Indian influences.

small n simple ambiance, Mesa Bistro is really a nice place...loved their watermelon and mint frappƒ?? mocktails. along i also liked their mashed potato serving and fish tempura...great taste....had an awesome time at the place...

This is one place where I tasted one of the best foods. The dishes which we tried were fish tempura, chocolate mud pie, veg pizza and mashed garlic potatoes. The taste was awesome and spending the penny was worth.

Absolutely amazing food... haven't had better Spanish and Greek stuff in India before... will be back to try their Italian and Turkish dishes... good service, smart staff, peaceful ambience (big plus in noisy Mumbai), all made it a memorable evening.
