Welcome to the city's oldest bar (bar license no.1). This bar continues to make James Bond proud (in fact, Pierce Brosnan has actually had his martini here). Go for their “Martini Service” where the bartender creates classic, trendy and dessert martinis at individual tables. In true Bond-style, all martinis are shaken and not stirred! Soft music playing in the background, elegant menu of starters, English-pub food and a view of the Gateway of India makes it the most relaxed bar in the city. Many a corporate deal have been struck here over a leisurely drink and dinner. Handsome and contemporary (with a glassed-off elevator going up to Wasabi), it has a solid carved piece of white marble for the bar. The back bar is framed in cut glass. Two historic windows allow a raised seating area to connect directly with the harbour and Apollo Bunder outside. Art is a distinctive feature with oversized, carved wood pieces at the entry that define the room with their elegant applique details. A favourite of Gautam Singhania (nursing his Bacardi and Coke) and Ravi Shastri (with his Draught Beer).rnHAPPY HOURS: 6.30pm to 8.30pm (only for Taj Inner Circle Members)

The place is just ok. Decent n good variety menu, good music n good service. That is all about it. The ambience is pretty much dull...they really have to revamp the place.
