Pick your poison and make your cocktail at the country’s longest bar. A 77ft-long bar runs at the centre of this 6,000sq ft sprawling space with warm wooden tanned interiors and white wooden French sofas giving the place a chic look. Sip your drink away on the open deck as you enjoy a view of the "Queen of the Suburbs". Soft music, candles, aromatic oils and mood lighting give Escobar a sexy yet cozy feel. DJ Priyanjana gets her groove on with a mix of club and lounge music. The menu here has wide variety of cocktails, spirits and bar food (a wide range of Tapas). All drinks are served with a selection of cheese and olives. Sangrias are the their speciality - try the Columbian Breeze (Blonde Sangria oozing White Wine, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, lemon grass, Lemon Rum) and Classic Sangria (Red Wine, apples, orange, mint and seasonal fruits with a hint of brandy and lemonade) both of which are popular here. There are margaritas, mojitos and classic cocktails (Caipiroska) with a huge selection of wines to choose from. Thin-crust European pizzas and sorbet with rum-punched fruits (orange sorbet) are good bets for dinner. They have a dress-code policy where you dress semi-formal or formal or you can make your way back home.rnP.S.
