Times UK Online, Forbes Traveler and Telegraph (UK) have voted Dome one of the top twenty open-air bars in the world! Strings of glittering lights add to the glamour. The Dome bar is just the place to take in a spectacular sunset, sit under the star-spangled sky, soak in the glittering sweep of the Marine Drive and get into the spirit here. This sensuous rooftop bar started off as a romantic’s dream come true but over the past four years has become quite the scene of action. Here, candles in glass jars flicker to music, potted-palms glow mysteriously and an elegant dome houses a small, indoor bar. Their everyday DJ is from Akhtar’s house and Tuesday to Thursday lounge music is played here followed by saxophone and flute by Mr. Woody in the evenings. Their signature cocktails are Margarita, Bellini, Kir Royale, Bull Frog, Long Island Iced Tea, Sex on the Beach, Cosmopolitan, and Black Russian along with Black Mojito and Chamomile Martini. Check out the black, hard-bound menu of Dome "soul food" which offers live grills (Sea Bass and Lamb Chops) and a sushi bar; Kebab Korner specialities too. Plenty for vegetarians... from Kapa Maki to Corn Mozzarella Tempura and Marwari Aloo. The Rouge Bar at the Dome is an ideal place for small parties and functions. You can book the pool deck too.
