This old-fashioned, comfy and affordable pub happens to be the only place in the city where beer (Kingfisher, Stella and Hoegaarden) are available on tap. Walk up the fleet of stairs and you will find an English-style pub look. A well-lit space with wooden floors, green-and-oakwood, retro music and large TV screens flashing away. Large, glass ventilators look into Cafe Royal below. Even though the ceiling is a bit low and the air-conditioning a bit strained, there is something very comforting about this place. Grab a drink from any of the four sides of the island bar that sits in the heart of the pub. They also have absinthe and unique shots like the Celtic 6.
