Hot and spicy, but authentic coastal food is the USP of this place that provides value for money. The specialties here include Shell Fish and Crab Masala. Regulars swear by the VFM thalis and they are quite reasonable in this very basic eatery. Thali time — Veg (`125), Fish (`180), Chicken (`190) and Mutton (`210), for your dining pleasure. All are good and quite filling. Relish the Kothimbir Vade or Kombdi Vade, fiery Surmai, or Pomfret Curries with soft Amboli. Fish Biryani, Prawn Pulao, mussels and prawns are very well-prepared. Green Bombay Duck Curry, Fish Roe and Shark Masala are palate-intriguing options. Tandoori Crab, Prawn Biryani and Shellfish Masala are old favourites that won’t let you down. If you still have some space and and in a mood for something sweet, you could try their Shrikhand or Aamras (seasonal).

Shell Fish and Crab Masala are the kind of dishes at this Dadar-based VFM restaurant. Regulars scamper for VFM thalis

One of the oldest and the most sought after joints for all you non vegetarian lovers! the food is great! the fish curry, bombil fry and the green chicken are sure recommendations, one should also have the solkadhi! the decor is decent, service is good how ever a little slow. the pricing is decent. the quality if food and hygiene is maintained well.

food is good but quantity too less. I have gone there twice had fish thali and chicken thali. In fish thali curry is not enough and fish fry is very small. One has to order one more dish.
