From the owners of Dadar's Pritam Hotel, the fare here at Mumbai Masala is mostly Mumbaiya. It makes for a wonderful, quiet place to meet for a drink. Mumbai Masala serves up Mumbai ka masala in air-conditioned comfort. And decent Mumbai masala it is too. Chef Gogi Singh's Sev Puris, Irani Hotel ka Keema, Sayyed Ustaad ke Seekh Kebab, Gol Mol Paneer and Tomatoche Saar - inspired from Irani cafes - are cooked with panache.
