Some places are timeless and one of these happens to be right across the GPO in the Fort area since 1921. This quaint gem is one of the places in Mumbai where you’ll find personal dispensers of beer (3lt most popular) on the tables as well as B52 and Kamakaze shots and Long Island Iced Tea. This bright and airy place also has an interesting collection of framed paintings and posters that adorn the walls along with a wide display of alcohol bottles. Whisky and vodka (domestic: Rs. 250 for large and Rs. 175 for small peg, imported: Rs. 600 for large and Rs. 350 for small) along with Sula wines at great VFM (Rs. 800 per bottle). Munch on complimentary lacquered nuts as you relax and lay back and enjoy a chilled beer (a dozen options available; Rs. 200-250 for a bottle of domestic) and a good meal. Mini meals for Rs. 200-275. Soft rock hums in the background as tourists and professionals working around the area visit. Ever-smiling and friendly waiters are always happy to offer suggestions with efficient service.

Was there with family and friends and had a really nice time...the sizzlers were yummy...but a bit too hot...temperaturewise!! Beers are served in a trendy soccer cup pitcher style. Except when it came to closing time we were literally ushered out of the place!! :)I still love this place and would recommend it for a nice family gathering.
