This cheery, VFM, open-through-the-day restaurant tucked into the Fort area specializes in Pork Chops, Lobster Thermidor, pasta, and Crab Claws. Packed as ever, the one-time Irani Mocambo has adapted to the times and serves decent grills, fondues, sandwiches, pizzas and burgers, wines and beer. While the Cheese Fondue (out of an imported packet) is decent, the Cordon Bleu is more like a roulade and the Roast Beef is okayish. The white-tiled floors, air-conditioning and bright interiors look as spiffy as ever, as does the boxed in mezannine floor. The large, robustly spiced Pork Chops come out tops. Veggies are kept happy with Cheese Fondue, Mushroom Crepes, pastas and more. The helpings are generous and the desserts comforting (gooey Chocolate Cake, Irish Bailey Walnut... two dozen desserts to choose from a separate dessert menu). Standard fare. P.S. The bar has only Indian wines and imported beers. They add turkey around Christmas.

Beeef Teriyaki .....anything bacon ...country style chicken ... piggy fest.... etc etc are some of the best dishes here. i always find exceuses to visit the place .
the food is awesome....chicken , beef , ham , bacon , and fish dishes here are awesome.
the pork chops could use some improvement.
overall a foodies delight.

there is always a good chance u will need to wait 30 mins before u can be seated .
The best way to enjoy a meal here is ...DONT EAT ANYTHING 4-5 hours before reaching here .

Excellent continental fare, steaks, lasagna, sandwiches, tiramisu, are all excellent at reasonable prices. Decent ambiance with superb service, love to go to whenever in town. Highly recommended.
