Meghna Vohra's no-frills and cheery, twin-levelled, two-and-a-half year old pure-vegetarian Italian eatery in Fort continues to be popular. Don't look for gourmet Italian fare, but for mid-priced, tasty fare (some dishes can be patchy though). It makes for an ideal open-through-the-day meeting place. Casual menu here of pasta, risotto, sandwiches, pizzas, pasta, teas, coffees, frappes and meals. Thin-crust pizzas delight (recommended: Margarita and Capers, Jalapeño, Basil and Gorgonzola). Aglio Olio Pasta surprises with its al dente bite and balanced piquancy. Interesting Three-grain Risotto and tasty Grilled Sandwiches. Crunchy Chocolate Cake and Hot Chocolate Mud Pie, though somewhat stodgy, pass muster. The service is slow, and the decor could do with some spiffying up.

Bellagio bistro is a good joint to satisfy your Italian craving, if u know what to order. They have some really good recipes, while others can be lacklustre. Deserts r gr8 (avg apple pie).
U can check out a good detailed review of the Bellagio Bistro on the following link with some recommendations from the menu http://styledestino.blogspot.in/2012/08/veg-out-at-italian-bellagio-bistro.html

i love italian food and Bellagio is the best place to get it in Mumbai. the pasta here is very good. Dont forget to try the creamy frappes here and pizzas that are very nice. They have a very good menu for coffee and teas.

All Veg restaurant serving authentic Italian Food - I started with a little apprehension but I had to quickly change my mind the journey started with a cooler which was just to my liking – I strongly recommend GKPK
Sounds a bit tacky but a must have specially to beat the Mumbai heat. I then moved to appetizer – a Bruschetta can’t remember the exact name but a good follow up dish and then followed up with a sandwich with focaccio bread and ended up with pasta and also a huge burrp…… All you only vegy’s u can’t miss this place.
