Food is offered to you after being offered to God, but that is where tradition ends. Interesting innovations dominate the menu (Dosa with Mayonnaise, Cashew Nut Gravy, Dosa with Schezwan Sauce) along with average pizzas, sandwiches, sizzlers, chatpata chaat and chalu Chinese. At South Mumbai's Govinda's (an à la carte affair), garlic and onion are banished to outer Siberia, no non-veggie fare (not even bone china, they happily inform you) can be found. Mocktails, fresh juice, soups and Paani Puri, Dahi Batata, Puri Chaat too. Alcohol is out of question. I wish there was more traditional Indian fare. Bhajans, paintings of Shri Krishna and statuettes of deities lend a relaxing and peaceful ambience
