This Juhu Novotel's casual and comfortable (well-stocked) bar is ideal for an after-dinner drink, light snack or even a business meeting (good variety of coffee and tea too). On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings (10pm to 1.30am), this 60's style bar morphs into a hip and cool lounge. Come here to groove and rock as the DJ plays progressive house rock. This psychedelic modern jazz terrace bar is christened after the all-time famous psychedelic rock song “Gadda da Vida” by the band Iron Butterfly. The song is considered significant in rock history because, together with music by Blue Cheer, Jimi Hendrix and Steppenwolf, it marks the point when psychedelic music produced heavy metal. Insistently driving rhythms that typify music of the heavy metal style mark this music.

Just Perrrfect!
This lounge bar definitely has the best view!
After a hectic day at work one can just come down to Gadda Da Vida a.k.a. GDV and relax. Sit back and relax on the Supperr comfortable couches while the bartender gets you some nice exotic cocktails.
The view of the sun setting on Juhu Beach is truly amazing!
The atmosphere is so relaxed that you are sure to spend your entire evening at GDV.
The outside seating just adjacent to Juhu Beach is certainly the best part of GDV. To top it all, it offers Happy Hours! Not too heavy on the pockets u see!
Certainly my favourite lounge bar in Mumbai. The ambiance, the service, the cocktails, everything seems just perfeccctt!!!
