Golgappa Margarita anyone? Tequilla-based, this one's laced with paani-puri masala and is the new hot favourite at Sun-n-Sand's Aqua Spirit. Same with mojitos and Frozen Margaritas (Strawberry), Mimosas, Bellinis and the Rusty Nail (gin, cherry and pineapple juice). If you're in a no-nonsense mood, order the popular “Slam Bam Thank you Mam” cocktail or the Pina Colada, Fruit Punch and Fruit Sangria. Teetotalers can sip on the Chatpata Guava mocktail. Burnished gold walls and contemporary looks set the stage at this off-the-lobby bar for DJ Hari who spins rock, retro and Bollywood daily (except Mondays), 9.30pm onwards.rnP.S. On Saturdays they are open till 2am.

The drinks of Aqua are something worth coming for again and again. The Golgappa Margarita is something to be tried at least for once. I also like Fruit Punch and mocktails that I enjoy while listening to in house DJ music.

I am a regular at Aqua Spirit because of its experimental drinks menu, where else they serve Golgappa margharita and frozen margharitas? Also the new flavors of Mojitos are superb. With retro, Bollywood and rock music on the menu Aqua Spirit is a weekend feast destination.
