Balthazar, Juhu's Chinese food resto-bar, has on offer unlimited alcohol (imported), with food for Rs.2,500 and unlimited alcohol (Indian made foreign liquor) with food, for Rs.1,700. On Saturday nights, the drinks flow at this year-old split-level, sprawling, irregularly shaped high-ceiling Juhu restaurant. Tall imposing statues overlook a well-stocked floor-to-ceiling bar. It holds as many as 18 kinds of beer, international cocktails (Long Island Iced Tea remains a favourite), a wine library sourced from five countries, and plenty of hard liquor. Whiskies (blue, black and gold labels) and Single Malts (Cardhu, Macallan, Glenmorangie) too. With mocktails like Melon Blast on the menu, teetotallers are accounted for as well. Balthazar gets brag rights for its King George V Blue Label Lounge and Moet Hennessey's Moet, Chandon and Dom Perignon cellar. Tank up on unlimited alcohol (Grey Goose Vodka and Bacardi included) and food for Rs.1,399. The highlights of the menu (that zigzags through China) are quick bites like Chicken Mushroom Bun and Dessert Bun. They also have a place to host parties.

Their beverage collection is amazing. We get everything here. we placed a large order and it was all on their list! even the food was quite good, specially the variety of buns that they offer. Service was a bit slow but still good. reserve your seat in advance because of the crowd.
