With delivery all over Mumbai, Sonjuhi has placed itself well on the city's sweet map. She started baking way back in 1991 when eggless cakes were not available and even if they were, were tasteless and dry. Her cakes are made of whole wheat yet are moist and soft. Try Date 'n' Walnut Wholewheat Cake or the Carrot Wholewheat Cake. Certified by Wilton for craft and fondant courses, she also makes 3D fondant cakes and also teaches craft course in fondant. She also whips low-cal cakes for the health freaks. A lot many leading bakeries in Mumbai use her pre-mixes for eggless cakes, mousses and souffles! Specializing in eggless cakes, desserts, biscuits and cookies, try the Zebra Chocolate, Chiffon Sponge, Nutty Women, Fruit Delight, Fruit Exotica, Caramel Butterscotch, Blueberry Cake, Choco Cherry, Mud Cake, Mixed Fruit Pudding, Fruit Opera Pudding, Tipsy Black Forest, Gateaux Creole, Tropical Fruity Delight and many more. All products are chemical-free, preservative-free, and fresh. Her healthy, low-cholesterol and low-sugar products are prepared under hygienic conditions and contain no artificial essence.

I am not a fan of egg less cakes neither I am a health conscious person, but Sonjuhi’s Baking Academy proves me wrong and I am really happy with it. This desserts shop prepares healthy cakes made of whole wheat and they are soft and melt in the mouth. Taste wise also the cakes are really good and I am in love with their Carrot Whole Wheat Cake. Besides these cakes, this place also has a wide range of pasties and other desserts to offer. Mud Cake, Caramel Butterscotch are flavors that are sinfully good. Sonjuhi’s Baking Academy is a one of the many desserts shop in the city yet it has its distinct persona.
