No onion, no garlic for you? Sanskriti comes to your rescue. Can over 500 shudh vegetarian dishes really be made without onion and garlic? Sanskriti (housed in Malad’s InOrbit and Ghatkopar’s R City Mall) proves that they can. It offers it all… from simple home-cooked food to the richer varieties. Made from dry, especially formulated premixes (based on years of research and trials by Sapana Chaturvedi) it serves up Mini Thalis (`120 onwards) which comes with options like Dal–Baati, Chhole–Bhature, Pao–Bhaji and so on. The Full-Meal Thali offers complete meals with uncommon vegetables such as Arbi, Sprouts, Ker Sangri, Bhavnagri Mirch, Papad Mangodi, Kadhi, Gatte ki Subzi and many more. Check out the Sans Snacks: Stuffed Tawa Parathas, samosas and kachoris. You can’t leave without their garma garam Jalebis, Gulab Jamun, Rabadi and Moong Dal Halwa! Chaat lovers zero into the live chaat counters offering a variety of chaats which are very popular especially Paani Puri and Raj Kachori. Open through the day, VFM pricing and, of course, their shudh Jain fare makes this a must a visit. Needless to add, hard-core non veggies should stay away.

We all were roaming around at Inorbit Mall. Obviously being foody, we all just wait to feel little hunger. We went Sanskriti for our lunch. It is in the food court, so you we hardly cared for ambiance. Service of the place was similar to the service of other food courts. We had biryani, Chhole Bhature and a Maha Thali which was filled with four vegetables, rice, rotis, dal, salad, sweet and a drink. The food was great and appetizing. I love there chole bhature; it was amazing and spicy. Everything was fresh and was smelling amazing as well. I must say, Sanskriti is an amazing place to have some good food.
