All new sushi menu and dessert menu here. This all-day dining, stylish restaurant (bathed in natural light) embraces the gleaming lobby and has a clean, sleek look (love the splash of red flowers, red sofas and the red piano in the lobby). But the menu has complex tastes. It toggles between the elaborate and the straightforward. Chef Satbir Bakshi presents dishes defined by their look-at-me artistry and others that simply go for the gut. One minute you’re nibbling on Cottage Cheese Kofta and succulent kebabs and the next you’re carefully maneuvering your spoon under Escargot with Herb Garlic Butter. Check out the most lavish Sunday Brunch here (`3,750 plus). Unlimited pour of Moet et Chandon, sushi bar, fondue, cured salmon, salads, charcuterie and a dessert selection. In the à la carte it is the Lobster Thermidor, Teriyaki Chicken, Fish ‘n’ Chips and California Maki which are all hotsellers. Besides, there is plenty for Indian food lovers (even vegetarians and Jains); dishes are marked “healthy” too. Seamless service.
