Srikanta Taparia and Neha Chokhani's sharbat-making hobby has flourished and expanded over the last 8-9 years into a full-fledged catering service. They offer a Baked Gud Sandesh with Gond, a twist to the original Kolkatan delicacy, Gud Sandesh. The sandesh is set in a dish, then baked and finally topped with crisp gond and pistachio to complete the richness of the taste. A single portion (Rs. 500) serves six. Their signature cooler is the refreshing and fragrant Mogra Cooler, made from real Mogra flowers. Priced at Rs. 150 for a 550ml bottle, it is a perfect foil to the sizzling sun!
