In mid-April, Dolphy’s made a quiet entrance at Powai’s Galleria Mall and has since garnered a very loyal following, largely due to their insistence on using authentic chillies (Jalapeños, Habaneros and Serranos) imported directly from Mexico. The chillies form the base for a variety of unique sauces (USP) that get drizzled onto crispy nachos, rolled up with tender and juicy meat in Barbecue Burritos, and add spice and sizzle to all of the quesadillas and enchiladas (chicken, fish, lamb and veg). An abundant variety for vegetarians here, especially in quesadillas - Exotic Vegetarian, Vegetarian, Potato ’n’ Green Chilli and more. They also have Fajita bowls and combinations with Mexican Rice, Cilantro Lime Rice and more. Watch out for Chimichangas and Churros on the menu of this food court outlet (soon to be restaurant).
