A rare collection of Single Malts at 'The Bar' like Glen Fiddich, 50 years old and Lady Purn. Very contemporary and chic. Not for you if you are looking for a quiet hideaway! Set in the midst of the gleaming lobby of the Grand Hyatt, this sexily dim-lit bar is an ideal place for pre- and post-dinner drinks. It has impeccable attention to detail — temperature-controlled, bookshelf-style glass cabinets with separate sections for whisky, Red and White wines; cigar and cigarette Ritznhorf ashtrays and even a special ice-cube machine. An impressive drinks menu with 40 martinis, popular cocktails (Cosmopolitan, Journalist, Hot 'n' Dirty), single malts (hot sellers) and exquisite wine (Bentley Australian Shiraz, Oxford Landing Shiraz and Santa). The usual quick bites on the menu (bruschetta, nachos, samosas, chicken wings, calamari), but the service is fantastic.

Been going here semi-regularly for the last year. Still a big fan. Fresh, tasty food. Saw one guy claim the dinners were bland. I disagree; I've done dinner from here when working late on multiple occasions. It's not as cheap as a burrito, but the slow roasted veggies and braised meat combos are delicious. I will say I think their hummus is lacking, but the salads and dinners I've had are, otherwise, uniformly delicious. As an added bonus, the service is consistently good. Oh, and I'm definitely a fan of the daily salad special!
