Don't forget to try her Strawberry Torte which remains the most popular! This veteran dessert department dishes out exquisite Chocolate Cake and quiches including my favourite Savoury Quiche (Spinach, Mushroom). They are as moist as they are flavourful. They the Chocolate Chantilly and Gauteaux St Honore from her cakes, cheesecakes, brownies. Cupcakes for children in Chocolate, Lemon, Vanilla, Orange, and Raisin flavours; along with Apple Pie, and Pineapple Upside Down Cake are yours for the taking. Tea cake treats like Vanilla Pound and Lemon Cakes are her forte as are freshly-baked breads. Ask for Caramel Walnut! Order (minimum order: 1kg) and pick up her pies, eggless desserts and roulades that come with fillings like Smoked Salmon, Mushroom, Asparagus, and Caviar with a layer of cheese (15 slices), because she does not home deliver. She takes cooking classes too, but this one goes for a cause. All of the proceeds received from cooking classes go to helping cancer kids.
