A must-visit... a wonderful find in Versova. Moderately priced, delicate dim sums and homestyle Cantonese are reasons enough to get me eating here regularly. Add to that a charming, cosy eatery and a talented young chef-owner Tenzin Kalden and you have a winner. Having perfected her Chinese cooking at the Taj’s Golden Dragon and then a Thai restaurant abroad, she, along with her husband, Lalit Bhatnagar, serves up moist, steamed dim sums. “And More“ includes soups, wok-tossed dishes, rice, noodles and satays. Crispy Lamb and Banana Pancake are some new additions to Dimsum & More’s delectable menu. Pan-fried Noodles in Chicken, Seafood, Lamb and Vegetable with various sauces are available. Since I am a dim sum aficionado, I order a whole string of these. They come steaming hot in their cane baskets — soft and moist Chicken Kothe, Fish Suimai, Prawns Suimai, where the thin skin of the dim sum clasps the tender and flavourful meat in a moist embrace. The Veg Dim Sum Platter has just the perfect crunch and bite of veggies. Predictable accompaniments of Soya Sauce, Garlic–Chilli Sauce, Schezwan Sauce and Mustard Sauce are provided. Though perfectly happy to make a meal of dim sum, I check out the Chicken Dry Red Chilli, stir fried to perfection and the Salted Crispy Corn with Wild Pepper. Veg Burnt Garlic Fried Rice is humdrum as is the Veg Moon Faan Rice, but the Chicken in Broccoli Oyster Sauce and the Chicken in (tangy hot) Garlic Sauce more than make up for that. Chocolate Dim Sum makes for an unusual sweet finale. The name is Dimsum and More, I am pretty sure that I will be back here, for more dimsums.

The food is decently good, with average quantities. We ordered Cheese Chicken Dimsums which were nice, though the quantity was less compared to the price of the appetizer. The Yellow Thai Curry was really nice too. Also, do have the Kimchi served complimentary on the table, it tastes amazing! All in all, a good place.
