Sadly, the pure-veg Shack does not live up to one's expectations. The place has a shack kinda feel and a decent ambience. The good things end here. The food is very average. Though they claim sizzlers is their speciality and they have a lot of options, they seem the worst of the lot (it was undercooked)! Even the Punjabi food was passable. The slow service was another irritant, and quite a few guests expressed their dissatisfaction with the service. A drink as simple as Lime Soda took almost 45 minutes to arrive - and that too without any fizz! The portions are good but the service is at the pace of a snail! Management of Shack, are you listening?

ambiance is something worth looking at and also comfortable and relaxing....food is average and there is something missing in the dishes they serve.....sizzlers are not at the way they should be....need a lot of improvement...
