Open 24 hours, Ibis Hotel’s brand new restaurant serves up a multi-cuisine menu with Indian, Chinese, Coastal and Continental too. Plenty of à la carte options here, but it’s the lavish buffets that are a big draw. Help yourself to their live deli counter. Chef Ganapathy Mallaya’s vast repertoire and gifted cooking skills shine through in many a signature dish. Be it the North Indian robustly spiced Murg Burashi Kebab, Ghost Dum Biriyani and even the green chilli-spiked Hare Mirch ka Ghosht. Begin your Continental meal with Spinach Pepper Soup and follow it up with Mix Meat Grill and the succulent Beef Medallion. It’s the 24 hour open timing which is it’s big draw.

I visited the Spice It last Monday with some of my colleagues. The experience was not bad as service was slow but food was good. Best part is that people can have everything under one roof, from Indian to Chinese and Coastal to Continental. We ordered Ghost Dum Biriyani and Murg Burashi Kebab, the food were presented nicely and tasted awesome. The ambiance was calm and serene. I can say my overall experience was nice.
