One of the most anticipated store openings of 2011. Paris has Merci and Colette, ultra-chic fashion and lifestyle concept stores. And now Mumbai has Le Mill. The four founders (all under 40) have re-conceived this space, which offers exclusive and imported furniture, jewellery, fabrics and furniture, innovatively (they even have a dedicated flower shop). The jewellery section is a shipping container in the midst of the sprawling main floor (the store spreads over 15,000 sq ft), with interiors designed to look like a Parisian home. Menus at the café, conceived and helmed by Chef Nicole Gonsalves, trained under Gordon Ramsay, change with the season and are short and crisp offering about twenty items. Global flavours showcase thoughtful touches like a homemade Citrus Marmalade. As this book goes to press, we are informed that the Fall Menu features delights like Korean Lentil Pancakes, Spicy Acapulco Chicken Sandwich, Salted Beef Tenderloin Sandwich in a Honey Mustard Dressing, Pepper ’n’ Leek Flan, Tenderloin Burger, Polpettone, Guava Mousse and Citrus Cheesecake. Seasonal dishes incorporate organic food as far as possible. Look out for their soon-to-be-launched Sunday Brunch. If you enjoy the food here, Chef Nicole Gonsalves also takes on private catering orders for parties through the company heading the culinary efforts at Le Mill Cafe.

Le Mill is a nice restaurant with contemporary ambiance and striking interiors. I like the place and surroundings. The place is perfect to sit and have some delicious food. they serve delectable range of Korean Lentil Pancakes, Sandwiches and burgers, among others. I like their Salted Beef Tenderloin Sandwich in a Honey Mustard Dressing, Pepper ’n’ Leek Flan, Tenderloin Burger and Citrus Cheesecake. fares are really yum and appetizing. Service of the place is fast and friendly. I like going the restaurant and have some yummylicious and flavorsome delicacies.
