Shanaya is a fading superstar who resorts to black magic to salvage her career, and raze rising star Sanjana's chances at stardom.
There's only one raaz about stardom. That it's nobody's 'keep' - but everybody's 'mistress'. Easily seduced by the next hot number on the bloc. Sometimes it walks away silently into the dark night, but mostly it screams like multiple orgasms in the vanity van. Shanaya (Bipasha Basu) is a top star who is gradually falling off the dizzying heights of stardom, while hot new aspirant Sanjana (Esha Gupta) is sweeping away movies, awards and the coveted top spot. In denial of her waning career, the self-obsessed and fiercely ambitious Shanaya will do anything to cling to the last fringes of her career. Even if that means risking love, manipulating her director boyfriend, Aditya (Emraan Hashmi) and losing Godly faith. She moves over to the dark side - of Kali Vidya (black magic), tantra-mantra, meeting (and mating) with aatmas and seducing her boyfriend into becoming partner-in-crime, with a lot of jism show, sex (and dialogues like, "If you love me you can be stupid for me!" Bah!). Sanjana is haunted by spells of black magic, and in between shrieks, screams (and yeah, steamy sex too, courtesy Aditya) she loses her mind and heart. Throw in a bhatakti aatma ( Manish Chaudhury) and some shocks, shivers and songs - and there you have the third part of the Raaz series.
With a storyline that's fairly simple with one-dimensional characters, Vikram Bhatt, dishes out this horror show (which turns 'horny' as hell at times) in 3D, with glossy production values (and cliched elements like the usual fog, kabrastans and howling voiceovers aplenty), dollops of sex, horror and a few terrifying scenes. The 3D effect isn't state-of-the-art, but a few innovative scenes impress. The music, however, is disappointing for a Bhatt film, with songs used as patches between insignificant scenes.
Bipasha looks scarily stunning in this role with only one shade - deep, dark black. It's a challenge and she takes it on with a vengeance. Emraan, shows different shades, but in the struggle between pecks, passion and possession he comes across as a confused soul. Esha Gupta is an attractive package and strikes in emotional scenes (when she's not shrieking, that is).
For all those who want to move over from the Ramsay Bros... go watch 'Raaz 3' in 3D, at your own risk. But don't take it to your grave.

Vikram Bhatt touches the subject of witch craft in this movie. The songs are passable .. bipasha basu is good as a person vowing to destroy the new actress taking away her fame and place and thus takes help of witch craft .. emraan hashmi is okay as the saviour .. this is not as good as the first one, but better than the second installment.

Thank god .. after that torturous ek tha tiger we have RAAZ 3 this weekend... undoubtedly Bipasha Basu is both a hero and a villain who does a bravado act by showing her complacency in this revenge drama. The innumerable flying cockroach scene deserves special kudos ...With some good scenes and powerful acting this is surely a "watchable" one..... Overall Ratings - 3/5 :) :) PS: If at all someone offers u water plz dont have .... it could be contaminated with "BLACK MAGIC" :p :p

Ok type of a movie. Doesn't quite give the thrills. Only things that stands out is the chemistry between Emraan and the ladies. Formulaic story, heard-before music and not-so-good acting makes it mediocre.

Due to nice special effects 3D the movie looks good with a bit of horror. Whereas acting is concerned all the three actors were good, eventhough the evil part is not so effective, Bipasha and Esha were good, specially Bipasha, Imran nothing special. Guys, go and watch - worth watching once, considering 3D is spectacular & reentry of Bipasha.

Raaz works because of its 3D effects. All the actors has portrayed their roles well but in particular it is Bipasha who stands out in the role of a ageing actress who is no longer the queen of bollywood. Though the end could have been much much better but anyways bein a horror genre the director made a nice effort. To sum up the movie is a 1 time watch

Since Bipasha Basu has acted in this movie after a long lapse, combined with romance, surely they will be an hit film.. People would love to see Bipasha with Imraan.

If bhatt were to cast SRK with chimp Hashmi, he could make planet of the apes.

UGLY Hero, too short to reach co-star lips, acting talent 'TADI PAR', If you must use this CHIMP, use him as a side-kick to the villain to do his acting "talent" justice. What can you expect of a over promoted, no-talent, tom thumb. The Dubai connection must be very strong, may even be a blood connection. No other excuse to cast this neanderthal in any role.

Believe me, Joker was scarier than Raaj 3 and Raaj 3 is funnier than Joker. Raaz 3 seems to be as scary as funny are Navjot Singh Siddhu's jokes. Please watch the music videos @ home, and don't dare to watch Raaz 3. Horror movies are not bollywood's cup of tea.
