The elegant all-day dining is located directly above Fort Jadhavgadh's main entrance. The fort is the first heritage hotel in Maharashtra and a fantastic confluence of Maratha history and modern luxury. There is an adjacent outdoor seating, which is a pleasure in cool weather. The menu is fairly limited, but does have the common North Indian and Maharashtrian dishes and basic sandwiches and breakfast items. Popular dishes include Batata Chi Bhaji, Vangypha Bharit, Chicken Tambada Rassa and White Gravy Bandhua Rassa. On weekends, they do a Lunch Buffet (Rs. 750 plus taxes). If you are looking ahead to experience a nice locale, enjoy a good service, spend some quality time with someone special and savour good food, the one-hour drive from Pune to Fort Jadhavgadh is worth it.

Chajja is one of the most elegant restaurants of Pune. The ambiance of the food outlet is really soothing, calm and showcases Maratha history. I went there last week and was really shocked looking at the interiors. It was all very beautiful. We ordered Batata Chi Bhaji, Chicken Tambada Rassa and White Gravy Bandhua Rassa. The food was delicious too. it was all amazing. Staffs were very gentle and polite. They were well-mannered. Everything gave me a wonderful wexperience.
