SCGR is a wood cottage with rough hewn benches and tables. The Mangalorean tiles keep the place cool even during the hot summer months. A terrace is there for private parties. Italian and Indian cuisines are what SCGR offers. Appetisers, fondues, pastas, pizzas, rice, rostis, salads, soups and many more are seved here. The fondue and rosti are among the best in town. Of special note are the Mushroom Fondue and the Cheese Garden Special Rosti. Weekend is for the usual Italian delights pastas and pizzas. The Super Supreme is a good choice of pizza, topped with fresh tomato sauce, sliced smoked veal, parsley garlic, onion, oregano, Mazarella and olive oil. You can also go for extra topping by paying Rs.50 more. And from the Indian menu, the Reshmi Kebab and Butter Chicken are passable. In all fairness to the name, Swiss cuisine that rules the roost here.
