Shangrila, located on one of the busiest stretches of Brigade Road, is not quite a lost horizon waiting to be discovered. Dimly-lit, it doesn't offer much by way of frills or comforts. What this family-run restaurant does is serve some very palatable Chinese fare. There are Momos, a full-flavoured Talumein Soup and all the other Chinese restaurant staples - nothing fancy, but hearty, tasty dishes in large portions. So, if you do get past the somewhat tacky façade and dine here, you might be quite pleasantly surprised. Prices are much lower than in other Chinese restaurants.

Shangrila has a quite dim lighting with comfortable seating arrangements. They serve delicious food. they have everything you want. Waiters are well-mannered and firnedly. Momos and soups are delicious and flavorsome. Value for money delicious food they serve. Nice place to have some good Chinese. Décor is not attractive. It is simple but comfortable place.
