Via Milano has a trendy, urban, minimalist style and charms with its ambience with an indoor and rooftop seating. No wonder then, it's a hot favourite for a romantic night out. The food is entirely Italian with Chef Paulo Nonino doing a great job of many of the classics. The Antipasti is always put together well and the salads, like the Smoked Duck Salad, are exceptional. Try also the Pasta, the Crespelle for instance. Good pizza, too. For mains, perhaps the Baked Grouper or the veal. There's a Sunday lunch here, priced at Rs. 950 per head, which is a good way to take in all the specials at Via Milano. Round your meal off with their super Semi Freddo and, of course, the perennial favourite, Tiramisu. Also, a great value biz lunch for Rs. 550. It is easily among Koramangala's hippest restaurants.

Via Milano used to be my default night out for Italian food. The salads , the salmon ... everything made to perfection. But this was when it was located next to world. After they relocated been there couple of times and was disappointed. Not sure whether they changed their chef but surely the quality / taste of food is not what it used to be. Still maybe the best italian joint in koramangala but could do much better
