Cascade is what you would call comfort Chinese. You can guess its popularity seeing at the number of branches it has in Chennai now. There is nothing on the menu that isn't worth trying and the sizeable portions ensure that it doesn't strain your pockets. The soups are a must, simply because they whet your appetite and delightfully so. Try their Crispy Lamb, Crispy-fried Vegetables and Dragon Chicken. Also, if you like a bit of sauce in your noodles, their Kway Teow certainly scores.They have introduced a handful of Thai, Malaysian and Singaporean dishes to the menu too. Round it off with a portion of Fried Ice Cream and nod off to the soft strains of Oriental music.

Cascade is quite a nice place with outstanding interiors and comfortable seating arrangement. the place had magnificent décor that really looks awesome. fares are great too. they serve range of delicious and yummy eatables. i like their crispy lamb, fried vegetables dragon chicken and fried ice cream. crispy lamb is amazing to have. it is accurately crispy and tastes great. service is spontaneous and waiters are friendly and courteous. great place to have some good and authentic Chinese and other cuisines.
