The decor at Fire is very contemporary, much in line with the interiors of the hotel it is situated in. The seating is linear and simple. The menu is Indian with modern twists to each dish. If you go in a group, order the Fire Chaat Platter which is fantastic in variety and taste. For mains, you could play safe and order the Awadhi Murg Korma or try something new with the Malabari Scallops. The menu even has an Organic Food Section, a first in any such restaurant. For desert, try the interesting Paan ki Rasmalai.

The restaurant is one of the dining option if one is looking for dinner in central delhi but away from the hustle bustle of CP. It is also an option after an evening at the club AGNI.

The decor is impressive. We ordered the Paneer Makhmali which is listed in the appetizers along with breads. The food was good with nice flavours. However, I feel the menu could be slightly more elaborate considering one would be at such a restaurant for a very special meal.

Fire is one of the better places to visit if you are looking to have a Indian meal with a modern twist. The place is just next to Agni, the club at Park hotel and is separated by a wall which has artificial Flame lighting.
The entry from near the Reception is elegant, you make your way through a large crystal set like ensemble. Its set up is very modern and contemporary just like the Hotel's boutique interiors. The seating is linear and the hanging lights create a nice look.Their menu has lots of options for everybody and the preparation is not run of the mill but unusually good. My picks from the menu which I have tried over many visits are, Fire chaat platter as its a knockout in terms of the sweet sour taste from the curd gol gappas, palak patta chat in it is amazing as well. Spinach corn tikka is very good as well, mushroom and Paneer makhmali are must tries too.

The service was efficient and left nothing to complain. FIRE may be a great option for those who know they menu well and know they will order but not so much for those looking to experiment and try something new on each visit.

Overall a good experience.
