One of the oldest sweet shops in Central Delhi, Karachi Halwa House prides itself on the authenticity of its sweets. The speciality here — you guessed it right — is the Karachi Halwa! The mithais drip with calories, all prepared in desi ghee, but if you have a sweet tooth and are in the mood to have some good Karachi Halwa, this is the place to visit. The other sweets on offer don't quite compare, but you could try the Sohan Halwa and, if you wish to venture out of sweets, the Aloo Tikki and the Papdi Chaat here. They also have the customary Indian and Chinese dishes — Masala Dosa, chow mein, Dal Makhni, Shahi Paneer; they fail to impress, and are more of a put-off, instead.

karachi halwa house is one of the best places in delhi. the place is known for its authenticity and purity of dishes. they make delicious karachi halwa, sohan halwa, aloo tikki and papdi chaat. the aroma of desi ghee and purity can be felt instantly as you enter. these are amazingly prepared food items and taste great too. prompt service and friendly servers are really a great part of the restaurant. ambiance is good too. they also take care of hygiene and cook properly at a neat and clean place.
