Butter Lounge in Candolim is one of the popular nightspots in Goa. Open throughout the year on select days, one cannot miss it as it is strategically located on the main Candolim road and has a huge mock saxophone right outside its entrance. There are three party zones here, two alfresco and one indoors. Wood rules here and is all over: walls, ceilings, bar cabinets, tables and chairs. During the evening, the place doubles up as a sports bar with a giant TV screen beaming live sporting action from around the world. But it's the DJ music that ensures the young, hip set come here to party. Butter Lounge is the venue for some top television jockey contests. Though a little overpriced and the food nothing to rave about, this is a great location for some loud music and dancing late into the hours of the night.

The place is a nice one to hang out with friends. amazing ambiance, lovely music, awesome food and drinks. i loved the place. Had great fun!

If you are going to Butter Lounge then please do not go with apprehensions. As tourists, we are meant to splurge our money in Goa and that's exactly what I have done at Butter Lounge. The place is no doubt a bit pricey, but its worth every penny that you spend on the delicacies served there.
