Looking for a decent French meal in the Candolim area? Flambe is a good option. Although they have a long, multi-cuisine menu, the emphasis is on French dishes, many of them flambeed right on your table. French cuisine involves an elaborate cooking process and includes some fancy dishes. If it's a fish fillet you're looking for, try the sinful Poisson Breton, which are fillets of fish topped with king prawns and oyster mushrooms. If you're looking to enjoy some prawns, go for the Scampi Creole, which are spicy king prawns on a bed of rice, and absolutely delicious. They have all the classics like Coq au Vin or the chicken in wine sauce, Steak au Poivre or the pepper steak, Chateaubriand or the French steak with sauce bearnaise and the Cote de Porc or Pork Chop in Barbeque Sauce. Other than French you can try Methi Murgh Malai and Keema Unday. A nice place to enjoy your meal if you can manage to ignore the funny misspellings in the menu.

Flambe is multi cuisine but their French food is their main strong hold and for me this is the place for pretty delicious pork dishes. In rest of the cuisine only a few thing are good for throwing money of.

There was much choice over the menu. The service is quite good and attentive, the ambiance is pleasant, and overall, a decent experience.
