Latitude at Fort Aguada is the stunning restaurant located in the centre of the hotel in an atrium setting. You sit there on the ground level of the well-like atrium and look up at the guests moving around on the various levels all around you. There are four giant exotic palm trees right in the middle with a water body and an open kitchen. The multi-cuisine menu has something for everyone. It's a good idea to warm up with some Creamed Golden Corn Kernel and Chicken Soup and then go on to Beef Carpaccio, Lamb Chops, Crab Croquet and the like. Their Dum ki Parda Biryani is easily one of the best in Goa. Made of aromatic, superior-quality, saffron-flavoured Basmati Rice and cooked in the Hyderabadi style, it comes in options like vegetarian, lamb and chicken. Their Kadai Jhinga made of specially pound home-made spices with a hint of tomato and capsicum is a popular order among seafood lovers. For chicken lovers, there's Lahsuni Murgh ke Parchhey to be eaten with a reasonable variety of Indian breads.

This is an amazing restaurant. The food is great. From the meat to the fish or pastas everything is very well cooked and the chef throws in a bit of a personal taste. The extensive menu has something to suit everyone.
